Shipping Method All orders are shipped using the United States Postal Service (USPS). We strive to ensure that your order arrives in a timely manner, with an estimated delivery time of approximately 5-10 business days, depending on your location and the efficiency of your local postal service.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs will vary depending on the weight and size of your order, as well as the shipping destination. The exact shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Order Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1 business day. During peak times or for larger orders, processing times may be extended.
Returns We accept returns within 3 days of receipt of your merchandise. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging.
Return Process To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@dream-fest.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Restocking Fee A 30% restocking fee will be applied to all returns. This fee will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 2-3 business days to process and we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, minus the restocking fee.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@dream-fest.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We will address these issues on a case-by-case basis.
International Shipping Currently, we only ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
